Overnight Pet Care

Professional pet sitter stays the night in your home.  Arrival 7 pm.  May leave between 7 pm - 9 pm to complete other visits.  In for the night by 9 pm.  Fresh food and water daily.  Morning and evening walks if desired.  Playtime, brushing and individual attention.  Clean yard, litter box and/or cages.  Administer basic medications.  Regular text or email updates.

Overnight Home Care

Water small potted indoor and outdoor plants.  Bring in mail and newspaper.  Trash out on collection day.  Draperies and lights rotated.  House is left as clean or cleaner than start of sit.

Additional consultation, key return/pick up - $30.  This is to cover time and gas if an  additional meeting or key pick up is required before pet sit begins.  Same fee applies if key is to be hand delivered after sit is completed.  In case of the unforeseen and you do not return as scheduled, I can not lock key inside the house on my last day.  Lock boxes are a great option for key return.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you need to adjust your booking after you have left town, 12 hour minimum notice is required to receive credit for cancelled visits or overnight stays



Cancellation of entire trip requires 7 days notice to avoid $50 cancellation fee

HOLIDAY cancellations require 14 days notice to avoid 50% cancellation fee of total booking

Daily visit bookings


Cancellation for daily visit must be received by 4pm the day before booking is scheduled to receive credit



Total amount is due if I arrive to a visit that forgot to be cancelled.
